These exceptional residences boast breathtaking views of the sea, while their back gardens adjoin the magnificent South Downs National Park, adding to their desirability. In keeping with the architectural style of the original buildings in the town, the decision was made to opt for a flat roof design, complementing the elegant art deco aesthetic.
Upon completion, the project covered a substantial roof area of 1651 m² across all the blocks and secured a 20-year warranty, ensuring the long-term durability and performance of the roofing system. We had a large area of the Nevill Campus roof replaced over the changing rooms and student toilets, which was conducted during the school holidays.
