The original Asphalt roof of Archer House was failing and water ingress was being reported in the busy accountancy offices below. It was decided that the roof would benefit from a warm roof felt overlay.
The existing asphalt was prepared suitably and a new VCL layer was applied, before installing new 150mm insulation to upgrade the office buildings thermal efficiency. A Danosa 20 year felt system was then installed to the area and the high parapets encapsulated, before installing an aluminium trim. New PV solar panels were then installed.
