SINGLE PLY

Single Ply is a synthetic polymer-based roofing material that provides a waterproofing layer in a single sheet. Welded at the joints with heat, it can be adhered, mechanically fixed and/or ballasted into flat, pitched or green roof systems.

Single Ply is incredibly aesthetic, lightweight, flexible, cost-effective and quick to install, which makes it an increasingly popular roofing solution for both new build and refurbishment projects.

All Single Ply roofing projects are conducted in line with Safe2Torch standards and regulations to ensure the safety of your project at all times.

LIQUID WATERPROOFING

Liquid waterproofing is a very popular and flexible product, especially for external walkways and balconies. The liquid is cold applied onto the desired surface and the system can be built up to achieve different levels of waterproofing to allow for heavy foot traffic.

The benefit of a liquid system is that the walkway/balcony finish can be built into the system, which removed the need for heavy promenade tiles or wooded decking.

Green Roof

GREEN ROOFING

The demand for sustainable and environmentally friendly Green Roofing in the UK has increased dramatically in recent years.

Environmental concerns and the reduction of carbons are a high priority to many building designs. The increased pressures on urban land and density levels in built-up areas continue to reflect the adverse impacts on drainage, biodiversity, climate conditions, water abstraction and green space.

Today, modern green roofs need to meet the growing range of requirements attached to increasingly sophisticated building designs. Green Roof systems are designed to offer a sustainable, environmentally friendly, aesthetically pleasing and harmonious addition to your project.
