Garland was instructed to survey the existing roofing system at London Road, St Leonards. This survey revealed that the roof was in need of replacement in order to overcome water penetration and improve the thermal efficiency.
The projects were managed by Birkby Construction, who provided the specifications and we won the tender.
The project involved working on a live building with minimal disruption to the staff and pupils. Our team worked very closely with Garland and Birkby Construction, adapting and improving detail on the works progress.
