Often when considering flat roofs for commercial applications, not much consideration is given to the aesthetic finishes that can be achieved with the correct specification of PVC membrane. Usually hidden behind parapet walls, other materials such as cladding panels often take the center stage.

This Danosa project specified the single ply waterproofing membrane down the mansard which then formed a central feature of the building design.

Matching in with the roof windows to provide a seamless finish, great care was required to ensure that the insulation remained both compliant with standard detail requirements and aesthetically pleasing.

Mechanically fastened applications such as this require the installers to pull the membrane very taught during application, easier on a flat surface than a vertical surface. Using clever manipulation of the mechanical fasteners used to attach the membrane sheets, the installation progressed steadily and to a high standard.

Testimonials That Speak
for Themselves

"Very Impressed!"

We have just had a major roof replacement at our School carried out by Invictus Roofing. As it was carried out in term-time, we were very impressed with the contractor and the way the work was carried out. We also had SAT’s exams week during the contract, and the team was very accommodating by changing their shift pattern to suit the school. All works were carried out to a very high quality, with all areas left clean and safe for the duration of the works. We would highly recommend Invictus Roofing and would have no hesitation in using them again.

"I heartily recommend them."

"Following many years of ineffective repairs by previous contractors, Invictus Roofing Ltd identified the cause of water ingress from balcony to room below. The repair was carried out in an efficient manner and explained clearly. The balcony was left in a clean and tidy state. Invictus has been a pleasure to deal with and I heartily recommend them."

"Will use again"

"Guys came round and inspected a leak on our warehouse roof after we have a large intake of water near our stock on the mezzanine. Josh provided a temp fix to get us through a patch of weather we had inbound before he returned to seal the roof with more materials. Kept us in the loop the whole time and helped us keep the costs down. Have used before and will use again when the time comes."

"Thank you for making our roof repair so painless!"

"As I sit listening to the rain hammering away at our roof I’m so grateful to know it’s all repaired & unlike three weeks ago we won’t be seeing a small waterfall in our home.

I cannot recommend Invictus Roofing highly enough, from start to finish of this job they were fabulous. A professional, knowledgeable on site team who are respectful & helpful at all times, offering calm solutions & reassurance to problems as well as being tidy & mindful of noise. (We had neighbours commenting on how courteous they were) All backed up with an efficient, helpful Office team who deal with & respond to queries quickly."
